Suitable candidates are initially invited to a preliminary interview with the HR team, where their overall qualifications and compatibility with the position are evaluated.

Candidates who pass the first interview are then scheduled for a second, more detailed interview with the relevant department manager. During this stage, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and potential compatibility with our institution are assessed. If all evaluations yield positive results, the candidate’s application is submitted for top management approval.

Once approved, the candidate receives a list of required documents, and the onboarding process is initiated. Candidates who submit their documents by the specified date are included in the orientation program and placed in the appropriate position within our organization.
